Exchange Policy:
At Aakar Kreative, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Our exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide a hassle-free experience when dealing with damaged or defective items.
Eligibility for Exchange
Request you to make one video of unboxing the items once you received it so that both the parties can have some kind of proof about the defective/damaged products. We offer exchange for items that are received by the customer in damaged or defective condition. Exchange will not be provided for other reasons such as changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or preferences or delays by the courier partner.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be extra [as per the actual] and the payment shall be done by customer during product/item payment.
